Ryzen 3 2200G and Cinebench single core - still shows multiple cores active?

I've had a Ryzen 2200G for a while but just started overclocking/benching it. I noticed that when I run a Cinebench single core test, it looks like all cores are active, like the load got split between cores. Each core hovers around 20% usage, which I would expect.

Why is the load being split between cores when I select single core bench?

Thanks,

Your PC have three layers, from outside to inside: the program, the operating system and the microcode of the processor.

The program may or may not parallel the calculation, but even if it does not, the microcode of the processor may decide to alternate the core so that when one is hot it alternates to the next to obtain the best performance.
