Ryzen 3 2200G ASRock A320M-HDV Windows 10 Install Freezes

Hey all just finished building a budget Ryzen 3 system,
- Antec VSK3500 Micro ATX Case with 500W PSU
- Ryzen 3 2200G APU
- ASRock A320M-HDV Motherboard with version 4.80 bios update
- 4GB Crucial 2400MHz Ram
- WD Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD

It boots up and posts to the UEFI fine. My ram and HDD are showing, but when I try boot from my genuine Windows 10 USB it gets to the Windows logo and freezes Any ideas?

1| Make sure you're on the latest BIOS on your motherboard.
2| Recreate the bootbale USB installer for Windows 10.
3| Primary boot device in BIOS should be USB installer.

A single 4GB DIMM is going to KILL the performance on that box.

That seems to be an ISO that isn't bootable.

Latest bios is already installed. Made a new bootable ISO of Windows 10. It is the primary boot device. Still freezing once the Windows 10 installer starts loading. Could it be a faulty ram stick?

Ended up buying another stick of 4GB Crucial 2400MHz Ram, tried it on its own and with the original stick (2x 4GB). Still having the same issue. Any ideas?
