Ryzen 3 2200g bottleneck gtx 1060 3gb

Solution
"Bottleneck" is a really generic term - It'll depend entirely on the specific task/title.

For gaming at 1080p, they'd be fairly well balanced IMO.

I wouldn't run out & buy a 2200G to pair with a 1060 (as the iGP of the 2200G is wasted), as some of the Ryzen5 options should be similar money.
BUT, if you currently own the 2200G and want to add a discreet GPU, a 3GB 1060 should pair very nicely with it.

Do you own the 2200G already? If not then don't buy it, get a processor that doesn't end in G from the Ryzen line. Like the Ryzen 5 2600 or even the Ryzen 3 1200 or 1300X. The reason is the 2200G only has 8 PCIe lanes, where the others have 16. That can affect GPU performance slightly. Unless you are not getting the GPU immediately and need onboard graphics.
