Question Ryzen 3 2200g build not able to boot up

Hey guys, I built a ryzen based system over the weekend and everything was working fine for the first day. The next one, however, saw the build not being able to boot. I cleaned the SSD, thinking it was a driver issue, but now I can't even get to the start of a clean windows install. The system keeps freezing before I can chose the language and location settings.
Here's the build:

CPU: Ryzen 3 2200g
MOBO: Gigabyte A320M-S2H V2 (with B350 chipset)
RAM: 2x4GB Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2666MHz
PSU: DeepCool 450W
SSD: Kingston A400 240GB

Has anyone had a similar issue? I can't figure out if it's RAM or the MOBO has failed.

Most likely a power issue or the low quality SSD.

Forgot to mention that I did try a 550W Colorful PSU and a standard 7200 RPM HDD.
