Hey all I've just built myself a Ryzen build with the Ryzen 3 2200g with the radeon graphics built in. I download the driver and install it, it installs but when I go to "manage" and click on the graphics option is has a (!) underneath the graphics. I've reinstalles the driver a couple of times and still doesn't work, I've also updated the bios to the latest version. I'm very confused because I've done everything I can think of to do. so if someone could help out that'll be great.

Thanks jordan

Hey (PuperHacker) thanks for the reply I've managed to sort it out now. but I've got another issue now, when ever I go to play a game in full screen mode the video quality is all fuzzy but if I put it in the window mode it works all great. so I'm puzzled as I don't know what is causeing this :/

Help would be great, Thanks.

Does the same happen when running with no drivers

I haven't tried it without any drivers. I've also noticed that when watching stuff on YouTube in full screen it does it also. I don't understand why it's doing it only when in full screen, but games play fine when in the widowed mode.

That points to driver/software errors. Maybe run in safe mode?

when ever I turn the computer on now it's doing it constant now, it goes all fuzzy for a few seconds and then goes to a black screen and then shows windows and keeps repeating it's self. is this to do with the graphics drivers? should I unstall them and reinstall again? or could my monitor be on it's last legs as it is a pretty old one and is getting on a bit. also I'm using a Vga to Dvi converter would this cause a problem at all? Thanks

I've just unstalled the graphics driver and the "fuzziness" has now stopped so it was a graphics problem as you previously stated. how can I go on about the drivers so this doesn't happen again?

Difficult to say, maybe you should expect a fix from AMD. But before it happens, I'd suggest that you download previous version of the drivers, with hope that they are free of this issue.

okay, I'm going to run a program called (DDU) and this should fully unstall all the AMD drivers I have installed, and then I'm going to reinstall them again and see if it works or not. I'll keep you updated on how it all goes.

I ran the (DDU) program and fully unstalled the AMD drivers, I reinstalled them with the latest drivers and the same issue is still happening. basically when ever I have the Vega 8 Graphics Enabled that's when the screen goes pixelated for a couple seconds which is followed by a black screen and then windows shows up, this then keeps repeating it's self. but when ever I disable the Vega 8 Graphics it stops doing it. so I dunno what else to do. would the Windows 10 1803 Version have anything to do with this problem?

full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Hey the full spec of the computer is ;
Motherboard=Gigabyte GA-AX370M-DS3H
Ram=crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4-2666MHZ 1 stick of 8GB
Power supply=Cooler Master, Masterwatt lite 400w

yes I've put a freshly install of windows 10 pro 64bit on this system. I've only had it for 4 day's and these are the issues I get with it ah. but all help is welcome

reflash the latest BIOS version F23d within BIOS using Q-Flash

Did you install the latest driver version 18.5.1 from here?
https://support.amd.com/en-us/download/apu?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064

also install the chipset drivers version 18.10.0601 which are on the same site (optional downloads)

The VGA to DVI converter is a DVI to VGA monitor I assume? Could be the problem, yes. Check if it´s connected tighly and power with a USB port which never shuts off. Better using an external 5V power supply for that or check power options in windows to not turn off USB power ever.

when you say (reflash) the bios am I putting the old bios back on what came installed from factory? also should I install the chipset drivers first followed by the graphics drivers? and yes that's correct DVI to VGA monitor I'm currently using. but I plugged a spare monitor in and it was still doing it so the screen is not a problem.

I've also just installed the Chipset drivers & Graphics drivers with the link you put in the description and the issue is still happening. could ram be my issue? I've got it installed in slot 1? should I try the other 3 slots and see if anything works?

right I've had enough of it now ah, so I'm putting a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro on and see what happens. also what should I do when Windows has finished loading, drivers and other things that need to be installed etc...

right ok I will have to give that ago tomorrow, I will then let you know what the turn out was.

Thank you

Hey all I've finally fount the problem that was making the screen to keep doing what it was, basically my VGA to DVI converter is the issue. I tried the monitor what I'm currently using with a B350 board and the same cpu as mine and it was still doing what it was doing on mine with the converter, so the B350 had a VGA port on the board so I plugged just the VGA in and it was working great. so the looks of things I've got to get a new monitor which will hopefully be this week. but thank you all the help muchly appreciated :)

Hello if u see pixelled or fuzzy screen in full screen its a windows 10 problem, just go in program you wanna run and in compatibility and turn off full screen optimization and keep the program in windows 7 mode or 8.
