Ryzen 3 2200g igpu not working

Okay so I my whole build is a b350 tomahawk with 16gb of 2400mhz ram overclocked to 3066 or something like that I went into ryzen master and overclocked it to about 3.6ghz and my apu gfx click is 15,000mhz and my memory clock is 1,533 I even went into the bios and changed the stock amount of memory that the flu gets to 2gb and my games are really like really choppy my frames suck. I tested out drift 4, assetto corsa and even smite. I've been sitting here for hours.

If you return everything to stock settings, does it work?

The IGPU uses the main memory so it will be sensitive to memory issues.

Can you complete "memtest86"?

yo I'm dumb, turns out I didn't install the drivers. My friend told told me to and I completely forgot about them lol.
