Question Ryzen 3 2200g jumping between 2.6ghz and 3.6?

Light games like valorant and minecraft freeze all the time
I have a 1660 super 16gb ram and running off an ssd. I know i need a new cpu but moneys tight, anyone know a way I can keep my cpu running at good speeds constantly. Also is always at 100% utilization on any game. I have disabled on board graphics and am plugged into my gpu.

cpu temps during game: 55-57 degrees Celsius

I also blue screen everytime valorant crashes or i close it. BSOD: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
