Ryzen 3 2200g Overclocking issues

Hey guys,

Ive been trying to overclock my new build recently and I've ran into a few issues. When running prime95 at 3.6ghz I'm already pushing 70c. this is with the voltage set at 1.4v though. Additionally, I'm using a GTX 1060 not the igpu and i was wondering if i could turn the APU GFX voltage and speed all the way down in ryzen master but i didn't know if that would mess with the 1060? I'm trying to save some heat wherever i can. I was also looking for some recommendations of voltages and cpu speeds as well.

Ryzen 3 2200g

that's an entry level asrock mobo, i'd get a better mobo if I want to overclock

and the 120 liquid cooler really isn't better than mid range air coolers
