Ryzen 3 2200G Problem

So I have my new Apu and I go to try it out, load up rocket league and the performance is complete trash like it was just so laggy. It was so bad that even my laptop with integrated intel graphics performed better! I don't know what's wrong with it but would sure love some suggestions!

Ryzen 3 2200G with stock cooler
CX500 Power Supply
And some laptop hard drive that I pulled from my laptop

Also when I go into the AMD Software, it says that it can't find any drivers for my cpu.

Are you trying to run the same OS install that was on the HDD when it was in the laptop?

Are you trying to run the same OS install that was on the HDD when it was in the laptop?

Yes I was.

You need to do a clean install of the OS. If that version of Win 10 came preinstalled on the laptop then you"ll also need to buy a new license or run it unactivated till you buy a new license.

Now I have another problem! After doing this the performance was definitely a lot better than before but, it's still laggy and not anywhere near the performance on YouTube. It would even crash when I get in the games! Please help!

P.S. I did overclock my cpu to 3.8ghz and my gpu to 1300mhz. Could that be a problem?

Are all the drivers upto date? How does it perform without the OCs? Have you checked the temps and clock speeds under load to make sure nothing is throttling? What game? what setting and what resolution? There are many Youtube videos that show unrealistic fps for the hardware they say they are running.
