Question Ryzen 3 2200g stock vs. OC (3.9ghz)? Paired with an Rx 570 4gb

Are there major differences between stock voltage and if I am willing to overclock to 3.9ghz? Of course I will pair this Apu with another discreet Graphics Card. Is it worth it to overclock? Because if so, I will also need an aftermarket cooler to do so

I wouldn't suggest pairing that GPU with that APU, at this moment of time. On another note, overclocking isn't just a magic number you key in or enable a setting, it comes from having a complete package which is your system.

As the 2200 isn't exactly the most power-hungry Ryzen CPU, overclocking it on any motherboard shouldn't be too difficult - a 3.9 GHz all-core overclock could be done with pretty much any aftermarket cooler.
The RX570 is a good match for it.
