Ryzen 3 2200G vs Ryzen 5 2400g vs g4560 + rx 560 2gb oc

Solution
If the Ryzen CPUs will not have a video card, they will be slower in games that are not CPU dependent. Really you have two half builds, decent CPU but no good video or decent video but not a fast CPU. For gaming you will need to upgrade one of those. If it was my system and i could ONLY do Ryzen with no video card or the low end Intel chip with a video card, I'd go with the Intel and video card.

I just looked into the new Raven Ridge APU's the 2200g and 2400g. To put things in perspective the iGPU in the 2400g is between my current nvidia 650gtx and a nvidia 1030gt. I ended up buying a 1050ti today which I am waiting to arrive to pair with my old amd 750k that will be OC.

I would suggest you do almost the same, go with the low end intel and pair it up with a better GPU. You will get a lot more performance out of it that way. I currently have a 4560 paired up with a 1050gtx on the wifes computer, and it works quite nicely.

I would only go the Ryzen route if you didn't game and went with the 2200g or wanted to game at 720p for awhile till you had funds to put towards a good GPU in a year or two but wanted a system now in which case the 2400g may be a bit more future proof than the dual core intel.

G4560 + rx 560
Better gpu + worse gpu > worse gpu + better cpu
G4560 = i3 6100
You could upgrade to i5/i7 6th or 7th.
The gpu in 2400g is close to a gt 1030 which isn't very capable in games especially for resolutions 900p or 1080p. However, if you could live with 720p and lower graphics for some time, you could get the 2400g = i5 6400 and upgrade to a decent gpu down the road.
