Quick question as I wait for my parts to come in, I want to get an idea of performance I'm looking at gaming at 720p on my TV with my PC specs with will be over clocked

Case: mc q300l
Motherboard: msi b450i gaming plus ac itx
Cpu: ryzen 3 2200g
Cpu cooling: mc rgb 120l liquid cooling aio
Ram: team plus 16gb (2x8) 2400mhz
GPU: msi Radeon rx580 8gb v1
Psu: fully modular evga 550w certified gold

This will be my first ever gaming PC that ive been planning to build for two years and I'm finally pulling the trigger on it.
Also do y'all have any recommendations or upgrades I can do down the road?

You dont really need an RX580 to game at 720p and as you´re playing at lower resolutions you may encounter bottlenecks in some games, like Battlefield 1...
You can get with that build and a 1050Ti or an RX570 a great performance for 720p gaming and you wont need to spend more money.

well then yes go for the RX 580, but about the reescaling thing i don´t recommend it, since I used that on my TV some time ago and it was blurry and the quality was way worse than the normal one so don´t do that, beside of that if you plan on getting a 1080p display or something higher go for the RX 580.

I agree with Jimy. You have more than enough CPU and GPU power to run 1080p on some reasonable quality settings. You will notice a massive different between 720p and 1080p and most certainly will enjoy the benefits. Nowadays you can find very affordable 1080p monitors that won't cost you and arm a leg. Also... major benefit will be a monitor with freesync. Samsung has a few lost cost PLS models so you will get great colour to enchance your visual gaming experience.
