Ryzen 3 2200g wont boot

Just built my 3rd PC and my ryzen 3 2200g wont boot I've reseated the cpu checked the connectors removed everything besides mobo and cpu and still no post all lights and fans turn on but no output my keyboard does not even light up, also the EZ debug light for the cpu is a constant white.

MSI A320 bazooka am4
Ryzen 3 2200g
EVGA 650 GQ Pay
1tb hdd
120gb ssd
Stock cooler
8gb ballistix ram
