Ryzen 3 2200g

Im building my first pc and wanted to get this Processor, but I see that there is something with the bios with any motherboard i swap in and out through pc part picker. Is there a board that can take this out the gate since I don't have an older cpu to flash it?

You can ask your vendor if he has the latest batch of boards which should come with BIOS updated. Even the seller can update it for you, before you purchase.
In the worst case, if you cant get either of those, you can update it yourself free, by getting the "Boot Kit" from AMD... https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/2Gen-Ryzen-AM4-System-Bootup.aspx

Hey, I have a Ryzen 3 2200G processor. As Hellfire already said, the vendor can do this for you usually. My vendor flashed the BIOS for me.
