I want build new pc where I will use APU from 2200G cpu and I have VGA connector monitor that I will plug to motherboard and its 1080P.
I need to know if the windows will be in 1080P resolution after 1st boot. because on GPU I have to download drivers to get that resolution avaible but i dont know how it works on apu i never used integrated graphics.

Well peoples doing benchmarks on 1080P so it should be able to run at 1080p if i switch it in settings or no?

Yes, absolutely so. You asked specifically about first boot. It'll work with a 1080p monitor you may have to tweek settings to get it the right size

Make sure the motherboard you choose has the VGA output you need.
