[SOLVED] Ryzen 3 3200G no signal to monitor

My friend has just build a half new half old PC build. The new parts consist of a Ryzen 3 3200G, MSI A320M-A Pro Max motherboard, and 8GB GSkill Ripjaw DDR4-3200 ram. The parts that were used from a previous build was the case, hard drive, and power supply. The computer is turning on, however, there is no signal to the monitor. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Are there any possible problems using the older parts?
