I just bought a new Ryzen 3 3600 cpu and am exited to get it, but then I realized that I only have a measly 430w psu that I've had for 2 years, the psu is from EVGA so pretty high quality but im wondering if my PC won't be able to run it, I have 2 7200RPM HDDs and an SSD (SATA) I also have 2 sticks of 2800 MHZ RAM and 1 case fan. My previous CPU was a ryzen 3 1200, which has the same 65w TDP but I don't really trust that a CPU with double the performance can have the same TDP. I appreciate any help, thanks in advance!

Solution
The only 430w EVGA I can think of is the HEC built W1, it's definitely not high quality, but it's not dangerous junk either. Given the 1660Tis 120w power consumption(oc'd cards will use more) it should be ok.

Ok thanks for the advice, I’m glad I won’t have to buy a new power supply
