Let me know your thoughts, and I'm open for any suggestions. I know it will quite bottleneck from the CPU but I also planning to upgrade the CPU to Intel 12th gen in near future. In the mean time, this is the cheapest one I could find on my market:

Ryzen 3 4100 3.8 GHz Quad-Core Processor
Zotac RTX 2060 6G

I can't look into your wallet, so if the 5500 is the cheapest and you don't have alot to spend will it be a fine choice to me. I know others will disagree and i get that, i would like to see the 2100(f) in a budget system, just for upgrade path, but the 5500 will do fine and will be about equal to the performance of the 2100(f).

For the difference between the 5500 and 3600,

another comparison, but now between the 2100f/5500/3600,

If you want to go Intel why not start with that, get the 1200(f)? Or if AMD is alright get the 5600, be fine for a couple of years and see how things are then.

Don't know how prices are where you live, but 4100 is just not great, would be better of by getting a used 3600 for a decent price.

Do you think if I get the i3 10105f it will make a good difference than the 4100? Or it'll just make it worse. My budget is just can't, even for a tiny bit. Ryzen here is ridiculously expensive.

Personally, speaking as an AMD guy who is running an AM4 system at home, I really can't recommend going with an AM4 build. If you are on an extreme budget, maybe. But even then I would recommend a b660 board and an i3 12100. At least you know then you would have one last upgrade to 13th gen, and that you can get a board that will still use ddr4. Don't get me wrong, AM4 is a great platform and if you've already got a motherboard that you know you can drop a zen 3 cpu into, go for it. But if you are doing a new build on a budget, it's got to be intel in my opinion. Otherwise in a year or two you are stuck with your AM4 build with no options. Whereas if you have the i3 12100 for example, you can probably pick up a 13600k at that time and pick up a decent amount of performance.

Ok, I've been doing a little research and ends up with Ryzen 5 5500, do you think it will perform better than the i3-12100? This will be my first and final build, doesn't plan on upgrading in very long period of time.

OR

I can save up some more to buy the 3600?

(note: this R5 5500 is cheaper than any of the above, except 4100)
