Since i didnt actualy find any solution for my issue, im asking for help here.
So i recently buit my first pc with Ryzen 3 1200.
Couple days later i went into overclocking, i was watching alot tutorials about ryzen overclock, so i gave it a go.
I used Ryzen Master utility at first to find sweetspot for voltages and clocks.
The issues i ran into were kinda weird. My pc didnt crash, blackscreen or shut off, it completely froze, screen was stuck and i couldnt move mouse or type with keyboard. It happened when i tried 3.7 Ghz at 1.3v as i remember, so i tried higher voltages.
After some time i found that i can run 3.75Ghz at 1.35v and i can run 20 tests with IntelBurn test and couple Cinabench15 without problem. Then i moved on to BIOS and dialed in 37.5 multiplier and 0.156 offset.
Booted into windows, everything seemed fine, i ran cinabench15 and IntelBurn test again without issue, temps were below 70C
But then i ran Prime95, while monitoring temps in HW monitor.
It passed first test and was going into second one while temperature was stabilizing at 78C....
And then it hit 79C and after couple second i saw that PC is frozen again.
Now im kinda scared to overclock, because i cant even reach 3.8Ghz but im already pushing 1.35v on STOCK COOLER.
I have no idea what could cause the issue, is it motherboard, or ram? ( i didnt change ram freq at all).
Maybe its because im using this shitty GPU?
PS. (When i tried 3.8 Ghz at 1.35v pc froze after couple seconds in cinabench15.)
Specs:
Ryzen 3 1200
Asus Prime B350-Plus
Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2x4GB 2666Mhz
(since im yet to order my 1060 im using) GT610 gpu
Corsair CX450 psu

Hope you guys can help me out, i can provide more info if needed

From what it seems like AMD Ryzen Chips are heat sensitive when it comes to overclocking. If you can keep the Temps under 79 then you should be fine. If not then drop the clocks down by 100mhz. Don't be scared of OCing because you can't hit 3.8. You didn't win the silicon lottery. It has nothing to do with your other components.

But i think im extra unlucky, my system immediately freezes when i apply 3.7Ghz on stock voltages, even tho most other ryzen 3 1200 owners can hit this clock on stock voltage. And my temps are pretty good at idle and light use. under 40C

Also, you guys have any idea about new offset voltages for ASUS PRIME-B350 PLUS motherboard, ive seen videos where people apply different types of offset voltages, some use 0.02500 some 0.12500 and at this point im not sure what voltage should i use to get 1.25v
