Ryzen 3 is it good for gaming

Hi the Ryzen 3 cpus, are they capable of running AAA games like battlefield 1 and tom clancy ghost recon wilderlands and games like that

Take a look at the reviews. It's a great budget option but don't expect all games to run with a minimum of 60fps.

Doesn't work like that. No CPU is the best for the cheapest. It all about what an overall budget is and what you need to 1) fully supply your GPU. 2) have to give up to get more CPU performance.

An oced (on stock cooler) 1300x managed to beat any of the i3/Pentium offerings pretty handily. I'm not sure I agree that you'll fall below 60fps in games with the 1300x. Bf1 getting a 101 minimum fps during the graphics test says there is a good bit of power with the r3 pair

I'll just go with the 1300x because I don't always need 60fps

I don't think the CPU will be what makes you fall below I'd you do.

What does that mean

That means your CPU won't fall below 60fps. If you pick a weak enough GPU it will. A Computer basically get the number of fps that is lower between the maximum the CPU and GPU are capable in any moment of the game.

Well I was thinking about getting a rx 570 or gtx 1060 because some price are cheap going for less than 235 dollars American for a rx 570 And only 10 dollars more on a gtx 1060

Both should be a nice fit. 570s used to be $175-180 usd and 3gb 1060s we're right around $200 until the cryptomining blew up the market

For $10 more I'd definitely get the 1060 personally but either should make a good pair with a 1300x

Not sure where you live. Amazon USA has them for sale. It may take a bit to be everywhere.

Should be available everywhere. Can take a while to make it everywhere tho. Usually within a week after launch almost all stores have them.

Ryzen 3 looks brilliant performance for the price but in many benchmarks it does not hold 60fps so the above comment saying it would is wrong. Still very playable fps though.
