Ryzen 3 not working with b350 tomahawk

Hey there, so I’ve been having issues with my b350 tomahawk working with my Ryzen 3 1200. After every first boot, the cpu and dram EZ Debug LEDs come on. I sent it back to msi, they said I needed a bios update for the board. I waited 2 weeks, got it back, same issue again. I called them and they said they swapped the board, but I’m not sure if they in fact updated the bios on the new board. The guy I talked to told me they have the latest bios installed on all their boards in house, but I’m not sure what else the problem would be. I know it’s not a faulty cpu, I returned the first one to amazon and got a new one. The chances of getting 2 bad motherboards and 2 bad cpus are slim to none. Can anyone help?

You don't, unless you saw it working.
If it's booting but not POSTing, you have to consider not compatible RAM as one of possible causes of the problem. Check if your RAM is listed on motherboard's QVL.
