Hello again friends, again quick apology is this is the wrong category area to ask these questions but I just had some minor concerns involving my new Ryzen 7 3700x

As of late I am sure some of you are aware that many of the new Ryzen CPUs currently see minor tasks as heavy loads and the CPU will constantly force it self to a high voltage (1.4volts) for just having my Keyboard Software running.

My questions however are;
Will this constant idling around 55c damage my CPU in the long run? (I have a Dark Pro 4 so it's not very loud though I use my PC on average 8 hours a day)
Is there looking be to a fix for this issue like a BIOS update from the MOBO supplier in the future?

Specs:
Ryzen 7 3700x
MSI x570 Gaming Edge
GTX 1080
16gb 3200 Hyper X
1TB Intel SSD M.2
2TB HDD
128GB Kingston SSD

Maximum temperature is important, idle not. Did you use AMD Ryzen Balanced power plan and set minimum to 5-10% ? frequency should drop to about 2100MHz and voltage under 1v.
I have indeed and at most I see a slight fall to 2100MHz but the voltage stays at 1.4without budging. It's only when I disable all my background apps do I see lower voltage.
