2200g and 2400g are technically first gen Ryzen, practically 1200 and 1400 Ryzen with graphic thrown in.Hey just wanted to ask will the 3rd gen apus be launching on 7th July. And would it worth the extra cost(discounts on ryzen 5 2400g).
Thanks in advance.
I meant APUsDo you mean Zen 2 gen "Asus" boards? Do you mean the Ryzen 3000 CPUs?
This board is really opening some people's eyes - https://www.bit-tech.net/blogs/tech...shock-waves-through-the-motherboard-market/1/
No one really knows about availability though. New boards and CPUs may be in short supply so, while available for ordering, you may have to get your order in quick before they go to back-ordered.
Any idea when will they be launchedNo APUs are being launched on 7/7/19.

Everything about how old Ryzen leaks turned into something completely different from what actually launched, ThreadRipper being missing from announcements and AMD announcing it is aiming for 45% gross profit on its new parts, I'm guessing Zen 2 APUs won't appear until AMD has milked early adopters for its higher margin EPYC2 rejects before worrying about lower-margin APUs and niche-market ThreadRipper. Probably won't get there before 2020. (There are 3000-series laptop APUs but those are based on Zen+.)Any idea when will they be launched
What about zen+ Desktop APUs (3400g and 3200g)?Everything about how old Ryzen leaks turned into something completely different from what actually launched, ThreadRipper being missing from announcements and AMD announcing it is aiming for 45% gross profit on its new parts, I'm guessing Zen 2 APUs won't appear until AMD has milked early adopters for its higher margin EPYC2 rejects before worrying about lower-margin APUs and niche-market ThreadRipper.
