Any idea when will they be launched
Everything about how old Ryzen leaks turned into something completely different from what actually launched, ThreadRipper being missing from announcements and AMD announcing it is aiming for 45% gross profit on its new parts, I'm guessing Zen 2 APUs won't appear until AMD has milked early adopters for its higher margin EPYC2 rejects before worrying about lower-margin APUs and niche-market ThreadRipper. Probably won't get there before 2020. (There are 3000-series laptop APUs but those are based on Zen+.)

What about zen+ Desktop APUs (3400g and 3200g)?
And will there be any news about new cpu/Apu at e3(i dont think so but still)

Their E3 press event is tomorrow. You could probably just wait until then to find out...

As was pointed out though, from I've heard, the 3000-series APUs will likely be 12nm processors based on Zen+ rather than 7nm processors based on Zen 2. They may clock a little higher than their predecessors, but don't expect a whole lot more out of them.

Depending on the build you are looking to do, if you are after gaming performance, it might be worth paying a bit more to get a better dedicated graphics card like Radeon RX 570, even if you have to pair it with a lower-end CPU, as that will likely get you a lot more performance in most games.
