Question Ryzen 3400g Hot idle and load temps

I use a ryzen 5 3400g using a Deep Cool Gammax L120 im getting really hot idle temps starts out at about 30 but within 5-10 minutes climbs to 55-65 and under load climbs up to 88 to even 95/96 now my hard drives and gpu are at normal temps underload so i'm not sure its my case causing the problem, i'm not too familiar with installing cpu's or coolers any suggestions to reduce the temps?

Provide your specs please and a picture of your PC configuration would help a lot.

Also, verify that you have installed the most current AMD Ryzen 3000 CPU and chipset drivers (accordingly with your motherboard's specific chipset, e.g., X370, X470, or X570):

AMD driver downloads from their website: https://www.amd.com/en/support

Make sure to restart your PC after each install. Temps on my 3700X dropped by 10C after AMD finally updated their drivers back in late July.

after downloaded the chipset driver my temps are now 95 at idle ><

can confirm it was the liquid cooler just installed the stock amd cooler and my temps are normal, thing gets pretty damn loud though lol scratch that its the rx 580 that's a loud sob
