Question Ryzen 3400G, X370 Taichi, Want to make sure everything is in proper slot.

I own an X370 Taichi.

This is what the layout looks like

This is what it says in the manual

I have two DIMMs that look like this

I was planning on orienting them like this.....A2 and B2. Lately I've been having a headache with some of my other machines and I want a 2nd opinion.

This is going to be with a Ryzen 3400G. Is my memory in the right slots? And is there anything I need to be mindful of? Thanks.

Correct slots. Poor choice on the RAM though as 2400mhz will hurt performance.

Also, that CPU will not work on that motherboard without a BIOS update before it's installed.

Performance was not hurt because it was never anything higher; but that is a good motherboard and CPU so you can consider some higher frequency RAM to boost performance.

x370 taichi is still one of the best boards. I'm jealous.

Do you have a GPU? Because the Onboard graphics are not going to work on that, as the board has no video ports on it.
