Question Ryzen 3600 ASRock B450 corrupt storage read/write

Somehow all the data that has been written and read to/from storage is corrupt.
Therefore my Windows installs are always bad, downloaded games are not verifiyng and crash, BSODs etc.
A single file hash sums are completely random most of the time (!)

It passes all memtest86 tests - in dual set or separate sticks.
Victoria HDD shows no problems with SMART and drives health.
No OC, just UEFI factory defaults.
Latest W10 1909 build with all updates, latest drivers etc.

Also, got a few BSODs 0xc000027a on Windows install and just immediately after I had been thrown into BIOS with no detected RAM at all

What I've tried:

• replaced memory kit from Patriot Memory PVR416G320C6KW to the current one
• replaced PSU from Aerocool KCAS 700W to the current one
• removed SATA drive completely, changed M.2 slot
• reinstalled W10 like a million times
• looked into CPU pins. All fine.

• CPU Ryzen 3600
• MB AsRock B450 Steel Legend
• RAM Cruicial Ballistix BLS16G4D32AESC x 2
• SSD WD Blue 3D 256
• M.2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB
• Graphics Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super
• PSU BeQuiet Straight Power 750W

Could it be a faulty MoBo or CPU? Any suggestions?
