System:
MSI B450m gaming plus
Ryzen 5 3600
MSI Mech OC 5700 XT
2x8GB DDR4 2400 MHz
Corsair RM750x PSU
Problem:
Windows is unresponsive and everything but the mouse freezes for minutes at a time. Applications also often says "not responding". After some time the PC works almost flawlessly. Only thing being the CPU fan aggressively turning up and down the rpm. It's almost as if it needs to "warm up"? If it has"warmed up" and then goes to sleep for some time the freezing is reintroduced
What I have tried:
Fresh install of both windows 10 and linux
Old and new drivers
Switching GPU with a Nvidia card, problem still persists
Updating bios to the latest non beta version
Linux works pretty much perfectly, but I would like to have it use Windows
