Probably depending on what and how much streaming you are doing.
I bought a 3700x because I Game (AC: Oddyssey, FAR Cry 5, etc.) and Stream movies, etc. to 2 1080p TV's via Plex all at the same time.
I just figured since I had the extra cash I might as well get a faster CPU with more cores and I won't need to upgrade anytime soon.

I think a 3600 will work well for the next 2 to 3 years as long as you aren't steaming 1440 or 4k content.
1080 and 720p streaming should not be a problem for a 3600 on a decent MB with fairly fast RAM 2933-3600 MHZ).
I'll buy a x470 fatal1ty k4 with 16gb tridentz RGB 3200mhz, you think it is a good deal? I'll like to go with a x570 MB but it's too expensive for me

As long as the BIOS of that X470 is already updated to support 3000 Series AMD CPU's or you have an older AMD CPU so you can update it then that will work well.
I have a 3700x on a B450 MB (see my signature) with 3200 MHZ TridentZ RAM and it works Great.

The 3600 should work okay. Umm, since you are on an AMD GPU, you'll have to run x264 encoding.

Good settings would be 720P 60fps or 1080P 30fps at the superfast preset.
And 900p60? Will work fine? I play rainbow six siege, CS go, and i like to play other different game with a good storie, and i want to stream that games too, i hope it works well...

I'll just hope it can handle 900p60 streaming for the next few Years..

I mean just the stream, you can game at say 1080P if you want. But just make sure the stream is set to 720P.

However streaming at 900P is an unkown for me, it is not a "good" resolution to set your stream on. Stick with the normal 720P, 1080P, 1440P, 4k, 5k, 8k etc. Those type of standard resolutions.

yea I mean that will definitely give good performance on any game but if you are playing like league of legends or CS GO you could turn your stream up to 1080p. But when playing games like GTA V 720p will be your best option
