Hello everyone!!! So recently i purchased a ryzen 3600 and a b450 tomahawk max to upgrade from my 6600k. I had in my mind that the stock cooler is not the best cooling solution so i brought the cooler from my 3700x. For whatever reason my 3600 was idling at 65-70C and while gaming it could easily reach 94-96C (my 3700x is colder with the same cooler). Reapplied the thermal paste with thermal grizzly kryonaut but the problem was still there...Then i bought i hyper 212 black edition, but the problem is still there. I played 30 min hellblade and HWinfo64 reported 91.2C. My ambient temp is 26-27C could this be the problem?
Specs:
Cpu: 3600
Mobo Msi b450 tomahawk max (today i got a replacement because the previous mobo had a bad bios chip)
Cooler: hyper 212 evo black edition.
Ram: gskill trident z 16gb 3200mhz
Case: Coolermaster masterbox mb600l
Ssd: Samsung 970 evo plus 500gb
Ssd2: Samsung 960 evo 250gb
Gpu: rx 580 nitro+
Psu: corsair cx550m
Everything is stock.
What do you think is going on?
Thanks.
