[SOLVED] Ryzen 3600 Questions

I just built the following system:

Ryzen 5 3600 not OCed
Asus TUF X570 Gaming Plus
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x8GB 3.200MHz
Corsair RM 650x
1660Ti Gaming X
Samsung 970 Evo Plus 500GB
Crucial MX500 1TB
Windows 10 Home right now at 1809 i will update to 1909 soon.
Arctic Freezer 34 Esports Duo with Arctic MX-4 thermal paste
CoolerMaster MB520 RGB

So i was checking temps,voltages etc and something i was never faced before is happening.I used HWMonitor for the following.

Voltages during Idle on VID 0,1,2,3,4,5 was spiking non stop from 0.950 to 1.450V...But CPU VDD was stable.
Temperatures idle from 30 to 60 spiking non stop depending if i run an app like Spotify,Google etc or not.Mostly like 40 to 55 then back to 40...During Stress Tests it went max 66 degrees Celsius (Cinebench R15)

I've never faced something similar before using an i7-7700 and a Ryzen 5 2600X with the same cooler and thermal paste.

Hi,

It seems HWMonitor stat refresh is a bit quick, download HWinfo and see if you get the same results.

It spikes for example from 40 to 60 and then goes one degree per second back to 40.
I understand what you say but i probably didn't described it properly.

This is normal, I have the same board/CPU. I'd suggest updating the BIOS if you haven't already done so. HWInfo seems to be more accurate and reliable for reading temperatures and voltages on Zen 2 hardware.

All normal...use Ryzen Master for checking temps and voltages. HWinfo causes core spikes when reading temps/voltages...RM doesn't according to AMD.

I used Ryzen Master and i end up with the same conclusion.
When the Ryzen keeps it's clocks up to 4.150+ the temps/voltages are stable but when on idle it changes from Sleep Mode to 4.150 and the same over and over again which seems to cause the temps spikes.Cooler's RPMs remain the same on idle.
