I've bought a ryzen 3600 with the stock cooler paired with a ROG Strix b450-f motherboard. After using it I noticed the temps going high on idle 50-60. And when I'm browsing the temps spike up spontaneous from 50c to 70-80c. I've used Cinebench R20 and Prime95 going 95c under full load. I undervolted it, but I'm losing performance over it.

I have the latest bios version 3003
The case airflow is good.
I reinstalled the cooler many times and used artic silver 5 or MX-4. Is it maybe the cooler that's bad since it doesn't have any copper in it?
So at this point I dont know what to do. Should I buy a aftermarket cooler?

Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
G.skill 3200mhz 4x4
620w seasonic power supply
ROG Strix b450-f
r9 270x

specs when using prime 95

There have been to many reports on r5 3600 running really hot on the stock cooler.
Plus if you said that your replaced the thermal paste, thats even more reason to buy a aftermarket cooler.
Whats your budget for a cooler?
Do you want a air cooler,or a water cooler?

Air cooler around $ 20-30
I have the cryorig h7 for my old FX 8350, but don't have the brackets for am4

The cryorig h7 will suit you a bit better than the stock cooler, but its no where near the prefered cpu temperature.
For 30$ you cant find a really good cooler.
But if we are talking 50$ you can buy your self a SCYTHE MUGEN 5 rev.B which is a amazing 50$ budget cooler, which will keep you cpu more ice than hot.
I use it on my i7-3770 and the temps in game never go up 65C (i play csgo, fortnite, warzone, gta v...)
