Hello.
Is this normal. I mean the voltage and speed. Should be lower voltage and speed close to 3.6 and not 4?
i didn't Overclocked anything or messed with ryzen master.
The only thing is did was enable D.O.C.P profile on RAM so they run on their true speed.
Motherboard: TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI)
Ryzen 3600 non X
CPU Cooler: be quiet dark rock pro 4

All perfectly normal.

The Ryzen 3600 is supposed to operate normally up to 1.5V.

It also has all core boost up to 4.2 and operate a boost from idle feature which gives large voltage and temp spikes at seemingly low loads.

Leave it as is. You'd be amazed how many people I've seen manually adapt their Ryzen 3000 series settings when the original situation was completely normal.
