[SOLVED] Ryzen 3600 voltage issue

Hello, as the tittle says I have a core which stays at 1,444V and its a 70C, I have AMD Ryzen Master but I dont see any option to low the core voltage of a single core... please look at the photo if someone can tell me if is wrong or how to fix it.

The general temperature of the PC at idle goes from 38 and some times have a spike of 45 and very few times the pc idle themperature is 41 and goes to 47, but after some time stays at 41.
What bothers me is the temperature of that single core and why is at 1,444V when idle or doing no load only browsing internet.

There is something I dont get, if "it gives a suddenly energy to wake up the core then stabilize, but why is this core always, ALWAYS at full speed and at this temperature... it doesnt change and it never goes to sleep.
You'll find that will partially be the recording software not effectively tracking that response. Mine records the same in Ryzen Master, but in HWInfo that gives more detail, you'll find the V and Speed fluctuations.

For example, my Ryzen Master generally shows Voltage and Speeds at the highest most of the time, however the home page shows me specifically the cores boosting in and out of sleep - and HWInfo is rapdily responding and showing the speed and Voltage fluctuations constantly.

This is normal, the Ryzen 3600 operates normally up to 1.5V.
It has a boost from idle feature whereby it applies heavy voltage to each core to boost it out of sleep and then stabilise which results in voltage and heat spikes when this happens.

To help ease your mind further, here is an extract from Robert Hallock's post who is an AMD Technical Engineer who works with the community a lot:

I'm specifically looking for reports where the voltage is stuck at a particular value, or a small range of values, around 1.4V--no matter how long you sit there and watch it. It is perfectly okay if your CPU is periodically using 1.4-1.5V to achieve boost frequencies, and you should see dips into sub-1.0V as the CPU goes into idle. These dips may be brief, and that's okay. Load voltages of around 1.2-1.3V are perfectly okay also. This is the processor working as expected. Ryzen is a highly dynamic system, with up to 1000 voltage and clockspeed changes every second. You will see a lot of bouncing around as you work with your system.

Solution
