Today I installed a Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB cooler and decided to run some tests for temperature. Before doing a Cinebench test, I used Core Temp to see my idling CPU temperatures. I noticed that the temperature fluctuates between 30 degrees C to 50 degrees C very quickly, which doesn't seem normal. I tried increasing my CPU fan speeds but the temperature didn't change. I also have never overclocked the CPU, and was looking to before noticing these temps. However, I still ran a cinebench stress test and noticed that the temp didn't exceed 70 degrees, which seems good. So at this point I'm just confused. Hopefully somebody can help me out

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600x
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 RGB(I added a second fan, but I am sure it is facing the right direction)
Motherboard: ASRock x570 Phantom Gaming 4

Solution
I don't think that's much to worry about. Idle temps are only bad if they read what it should be under load. 50C is not load temps, so you shouldn't worry.
