Hey, I've been running this Ryzen for a while with the stock cooler. I was hoping the temp spikes would go away with a notcua cooler. Turns out, no. So I have idle temp spikes from ~40c-50c and there's no increase in usage, voltage or even clock speed when these spikes hit. Can anyone help me understand what's going on? I'm sure this isn't normal. Pic included of my afterburner graphs.

Solution
I solved this problem myself. The new 1201 version of the motherboard I have (ASUS Prime-P x570) fixed it after updating my BIOS. Temp spikes are gone unless I'm actually doing something, and the CPU boosts to 4400 Mhz like it's supposed to now.
