First off I just want to start by saying I'm pretty uneducated in the PC world. That being said here's what I got:
I ordered a custom PC build from VRLA Tech (terrible customer service btw). It was working and working well for about 5 months. From March - July of this year. Then I noticed on startup that it was saying check C: drive then after a while it wouldn't boot up.
Fast forward to yesterday, after I finally got my PC back from them (they had it since August 13 - September 28). My computer boots up and browsing the web it works perfectly fine but once I start gaming it's sh!t. I used to average around 130fps in Warzone before and now since I got it back I barely get 50fps. I've tried all the basic stuff like NVIDIA control panel, windows settings, windows battery settings but nothing's helped. I ran some benchmarks through PassMark and it says that my PC is in the 76th Percentile (better than UserBenchMark which gave around 30th percentile).

2D Graphics Mark - 786 (66th Percentile)
3D Graphics Mark - 19806 (92nd Percentile)
Memory Mark - 2578 (51st Percentile)
Disk Mark - 12929 (64th Percentile)
