Question Ryzen 3700X - - - high temps on idle and load ?

Hi! Like 2 weeks ago I noticed that my 3700x (mounted on a b450 a pro max and with the wraith prism cooler) was running at very high idle and load temps (like 60c degrees on idle and even 95 on gaming), so I decided to change the cooler and mount a Thermalright Assassin 120 but this didn't solve the problem and I'm still getting these temps. Is this normal for a 3700x even with a good cooler and a good case airflow?
Actually I have a room temperature of around 27/28°.

Update: even with better room temps and mounting again the cooler temps are still the same...

Have you changed any BIOS settings regarding CPU? Tried resetting to default?

Hi, I didn't change anything in the bios but Is 1.480 vcore in the bios a little bit higher than the normal?

That's extremely high if it's idling. I'm not familiar with all of the settings available on Ryzen processors but there are a lot of varied things regarding power profiles and you might want to the settings in Ryzen Master.

Yes, this is absolutely not normal for a 65w cpu
