Question Ryzen 3700X idle temperature too high?

As per title, I believe the idle temperatures are too high. It goes between 45 degrees and 65 degrees but typically is around 55 degrees.

The fans will also just randomly start running quicker for no apparent reason.

This is a new CPU installed today after previously having a 2600 so not sure if I'm just overconcerned or not.

Which cooler do you have? If its the stock cooler then that's normal.

Stock cooler. I changed the fan settings in BIOS so not so much of sudden jumps, but still erratic and noisy. Downloaded Ryzen Master and temps are different on it compared to HWMonitor (temps on Ryzen Master are lower) but it still also jump randomly.
