[SOLVED] Ryzen 3700X usage stuck on 100% HELP!!!

Hi my cpu usage on task manager is stuck on 100% even though its not. When i end the tasks that use the % (such as a single chrome tab), it makes another random task's usage % absurdly high. e.g when i close discord it makes file explorer's usage really high.
Any help apprecieated thanks.
Specs: 3700x, 16gb tridentz neo, msi b450 gaing carbon ac, msi rtx2070s

Already scanned multiple times with windows defender and superantispyware, nothing came up.

Windows defender does not effectivly DEFEND agsinst Malware.... use the free version of this

Have you checked yout Taskmaster carefully as to what is blasting away in the background ? Do you have a backup point you can revert to? Have you downloaded any new software or had any updates since this happened. If so uninstall and clean with CCleaner-Registy cleaner.

yep thanks just scanned and quarantined 5 trojans, however cpu usage is still at 100%

Try Dr.Web Cureit antivirus. This thing helped me.

Check Ryzen Master. If it shows the same picture, then I would do it the save way too.
Kill it with fire. Fresh install of windows.

Make a WIn10 installation USB flash drive (use Microsofts Media Creation Tool)

Use a known good USB flash drive for it!

Select Custom install

delete existing partitions, then select now remaining unallocated space as location for install (WIn10 will do a quick format automatically)

install windows 10

Install your AMD chipset drivers

install GPU drivers

install all win10 updates
