While RX 550 is a bit better than RX Vega 11,

Ryzen 5 2400G is considerably better than Pentium G4560,

Eventhough you have 8GB RAM, you may need to replace it. Make sure it's compatible with the motherboard that you decide to purchase. Also, note that the Ryzen 2400g performs better with higher speed RAM.
