Technically all else being the same, the 3200MHz RAM will be faster if run at their rated speeds, obviously. But I doubt you'd be able to tell the difference between the two.

Might want to go with the 3200 which will server you better speeds ...but will eat up your ram slots ....if you are going to upgrade your ram (adding additional ram) go with the 3000mhz one as there is only a slight difference which is not noticeable .....try upscaleing your buget a bit and getting 2 ram chips with 3200
