Ryzen 5 1400 getting 85 degrees!

Hello, first time here. I recently bought a Pc for gaming and I don't really know about hardware and dangerous temperatures. While I was playing PUBG my CPU got too hot (85 or 87 degrees) . Is this normal or it's dangerous for the life-time of my CPU? Is there a way to reduce the temperature while playing games, whitout spend more money in an water cooler or a air cooler?
