Ryzen 5 1400 Gta V Bottleneck Problem

Hello guys. I have a bottleneck problem on Grand Theft Auto Five. I test Battleifled 4, Counter Strike Global Offensive and there is no bottleneck. But when i play Grand Theft Auto Five i see the Graphics Card Usage is arround %40 And Processor is %100. And i play this game 30-40 FPS. But when i open the 8X MSAA i play with 50 FPS. And my Graphics Card Usage %80 Processor is %100 i want to play this game 70-80 FPS.
My Specs:
Ryzen 5 1400[/code]
Kingston 16GB 2133 Mhz Ram (One Stick)
Asus Dual Turbo 1060-3GB Graphics Card
MSI B350 PC MATE Motherboard
A 600W Thermaltake Power Supply
A Budget Thermaltake Case

Use dx 11

And oc your processor some if you haven't already

This is the non-8x msaa and you can see the cpu is about %95 but the gpu is %40

I overclocked my cpu 3.2 Ghz to 3.7 Ghz nothing changed. And i use the dx11

If you have 8gb slow memory and stock speeds you'll be much worse off than the 1500x listed

I have 16 Gb ram it runs @ 2133 Mhz

That slow memory hurts bad with ryzen, look into overclocking it as well

How can i overclock it i don't know i'm pc noob.

what the cpu temps? since you running in windows mode, what else are you running?

50-60 degrees. in full screen its same (sorry my english is bad)

in other games i see the cpu %80 the gpu is %90-95 but in gta 5 non 8x msaa gpu is %40 cpu is %100 i seem bottleneck in gta 5

rockstar should fix the ryzen cpu bottleneck problem like ryzen users %60 they have same problem.
