Ryzen 5 1400 or Intel Core i5-7500 (For Streaming and Gaming)

I'm looking at a few different CPUs and I was wondering which one would be better for streaming.

Ryzen 5 1400 3.2 GHz
GTX 1060 3 GB
8 GB DDR4

or

Intel Core i5-7500
GTX 1060 3 GB
8 GB DDR4

The ryzen 1400 would be better due to SMT,4cores 8threads where as the i5 only has 4 cores.

Also raw powerwise the 1400 beats the i5, in some games you see the i5 already running at 100% usage while the 1400 does not, the 1400 has more headroom for the future due to more threads
