Question Ryzen 5 1400 temps

I have the ryzen 5 1400 at 3.7GHz and idle is. About 27° C is that normal? Also the is at 1.25 volts

What cooler? Stock? Also what are those temps under load? Idle doesn’t really give, at least myself and idea as to performance. Have you had or done a stability test running that cpu at 3.7?
