Intel CPUs have integrated graphics, but you'll have to buy a separate GPU for an AMD processor, unless it's an APU, like the AMD a10 7890K, but that's not a Ryzen CPU.

its late but i think if dont have money for cpu & gpu then you should not go with core i5 .. amd a10 apu is best with integrated radeon r7 graphics and can play any game till date at 1080p or 720p with medium to high settings depending on the game at arround 45 - 60 fps.. intel integrated graphics are not good enough..
and if in future if you add a amd gpu in it then both integrated as well as your discrete gpu will work together giving even better performance and amd a10 7890k is quad core 3.6 ghz turbo upto 4ghz processors and relatively very cheap as compared to intel core i5 line up.
