Ryzen 5 1500x Or i5 7400 build suggestions required ?

Hello all,

I am looking to build a desktop pc, which work seamlessly in web browsing and on web tools, so hopefully won't crash nor heat up during process.

My budget is under 25,000 INR (rupees) - not looking for monitor, No OC or high end gaming card. I looked up for Ryzen 5 1500X or i5 7400 for this build. Please give out better combo of motherboard, cpu, ram suggestions & some guidance.

Kindly give your pro advice on this.

Please could someone improve my selection of build???

CPU - Ryzen 5 1500x or i5 7500 ????
Motherboard - any compatible motherboard (basic best compatibility) B350M ??
Ram - 8GB 2400Mhz (Ballistix Sport LT DDR4 Memory) Or any cheaper option?
GPU - basic usable required for Ryzen ?? (Gaming is not priority)
PSU - Best Power Supply Units 450W ?? Corsair 450W

Hoping this time someone answer any of my questions here, as mods not liking to dig up old threads.

If i go for i5 7400 build with on-board graphics will it be any better than Ryzen 5 1400 with GT 730 DDR5 1GB setup?
