Hello to the techno community I thinking of building my pc for gaming and so far i have come up with the current build.

AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
ASROCK Ab350m
Hyper X ddr4 2133 8 (4x2)gb ram
WD 1tb
Asus geforce gtx 1060 3gb
cooler master n300 case
corsair 450W bronze 80+
AOC - G2460VQ6

This build would cost me $1200 i really dont want to go past $1300 as my budget.

is there anything i should swap out or is this a solid build?

Here's a much better build

A couple of thoughts:

-Ryzen gains a lot of performance with faster RAM. If you can find 2400, 2666 or even 3000mhz sticks for not much more, definitely go with them instead.

-Which Corsair PSU?

-GTX 1060 3GB is generally disliked on this forum, because there's the perception that VRAM limitations are going to tank performance in new games. Most will recommend either going with the 6GB version, or with one of AMD's equivalents which have more VRAM.

-A solid state drive makes the biggest impact of any single component on day-to-day performance. There are plenty of examples of machines from ~2006 which have been upgraded with SSDs, being perceptibly "faster" than brand new machines with i5's or i7's running on mechanical hard drives.

Lacks keyboard / mouse / screen or a copy of Windows.

Hi mike im from australia so the prices are different, that build would be much more expensive over here!~ would cost me $1700

From that im taking that i should get faster ram instead of the ddr4-2133 to this ------>https://au.pcpartpicker.com/product/T7Trxr/kingston-memory-hx424c15fbk28

as for the psu I honestly chose the cheapest but decent one i could find which was the Corsair - CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

for the gpu upgrading to a 6gb is out of my range would you care to give me some examples i have looked at the rx 470 but i cant find that in stores of online here in australia except for the exceptions which cost $500. the gtx 1050 ti was a budget i was looking at as well but having a ryzen paired with a 1050 wouldnt make much sense as the because i would end up changing the cpu into something else. (pls dont recommend a i3)

I understand that havinng a ssd is much better but except for gamming this comp will have to deal with alot of storage so i think ill just make do with the hdd

:O prices include shipping i didnt know that! I don't need the keyboard and mouse and if i changed the case to my original cheaper one it will be 1200!!!! (as i dont really care for the look) looks good man :)

even has a ssd
