Ryzen 5 1500x Stock Frequency Question.

I have a Ryzen 5 1500x and it says that it has a stock frequency of -1MHz. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

Using a program called CAM that monitors your computer and using a 3dMark benchmark.

Better get something more reliable like AMD Ryzen Master https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/ryzen-master otther programs may not know how to read data from Ryzen.
